The BISE Rawalpindi has Increased the Payouts for Invigilators

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi has announced changes to the compensation for instructors and invigilators who mark answer sheets, effective next year. In addition, the board has significantly increased various service and processing payouts. According to the notification, the resident inspector’s salary has been raised to Rs. 600 per day, and double test duty has been increased to Rs. 1,080 per day.

The compensation for distributor inspectors of theory papers has been raised to Rs. 840 per day, while the salary for the double shift has been increased to Rs. 1200 per day. The payout for the distributor inspector practical single duty has been raised to Rs. 480 per day, and the mobile inspector single duty has been increased to Rs. 720 per day. The double-duty pay for mobile inspectors has also been raised to Rs. 1080 per day.

Invigilator pay for single duty has been raised to Rs. 660 per day, and double duty pay has been increased to Rs. 840 per day. Security guard pay has also been raised to Rs. 240 per day. Men and women who serve water to students during exams will be compensated Rs. 240 per day for single duty and Rs. 360 per day for double duty.

Sweepers’ single-duty pay has been raised to Rs. 210 per day, and double-duty pay has been increased to Rs. 360 per day. Supervisors’ single-duty pay has also been raised to Rs. 700 per day. The daily salary for matric paper-setters has been raised to Rs. 2000 and for intermediate paper-setters to Rs. 2500.

These changes to compensation reflect the board’s commitment to fairly compensating the individuals who play an important role in the administration of exams and the assessment of students’ work.
