The Assistant Manager – IT will be responsible for several tasks, including hands-on experience with Service Desk, ticketing support system, and day-to-day management of the helpdesk, dealing with cases from inception to completion. Additionally, they will configure, install, support and maintain IT hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, desk and mobile phones, printer/copiers, Windows operating systems, and applications software. They must also have hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) users, groups, and Domain controllers with appropriate security governance.
The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and working experience on the Microsoft Office 365 environment administration and working experience on Windows Server Environment 2012/2016/2019 – design, deployment, maintenance, and support. They should have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products and a good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP. The candidate should also be able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
