The National Rural Support Program NRSP/UPAP Microfinance is inviting applications from qualified, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven individuals from all over the country to fill vacant positions.

Career opportunities are available for Field Staff, Accounts Staff, and Management Trainees (Field + Accounts), with both fresh and experienced individuals eligible to apply. However, preference will be given to fresh candidates. Those holding Matric, Intermediate, Graduation, I.Com, D.Com, B.Com, ADP, ADC, and Master’s Degrees are eligible to apply for the vacancies.

The maximum age limit for Field Staff is 25 years, while for Account Staff, it is 27 years. The salary for Account Staff is 29000+4000, along with Medical/Insurance/Provident Fund/EOBI. On the other hand, the maximum age limit for Management Trainees (Field+Account) is 30 years, and the salary is 35000+4000, along with Medical/Insurance/Provident Fund/EOBI.
