Currently, the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat is looking to fill positions such as Assistant Private Secretary, Steno Typist, Upper Division Clerk, and Lower Division Clerk. These positions are available in the Head Office in Islamabad as well as Regional Offices in major cities throughout Pakistan, including Karachi, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Lahore, Dera Ismail Khan, Abbottabad, Quetta, Peshawar, Gujranwala, and Sukkur.

Eligibility Criteria for Federal Ombudsman Secretariat Jobs

To be eligible for the position of Assistant Private Secretary, individuals must have a 2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum speed of 100/50 words per minute in shorthand/typing, computer literacy, and an age limit of 20 to 33 years. The eligibility criteria for the Steno Typist include an Intermediate degree with 80/40 words per minute speed in shorthand/typing and computer literacy, with a general age limit of 18 to 30 years.

Upper Division Clerk candidates must have an Intermediate degree and complete a three-week Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB before the completion of their probation period. The age limit for this position is 18 to 30 years. Lower Division Clerk candidates must have a Matriculation degree with 30 words per minute typing speed and must also complete a three-week Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB. The general age limit for this position is 18 to 30 years.
