Candidates interested in applying for the Lower Division Clerk (BS-09) position must have passed their Matric with 2nd Division from a recognized University or Board. Additionally, they must pass a separate skill test (typing 30 wpm). The upper age limit for this position is 25 years, with a general age relaxation of 5 years.
On the other hand, candidates applying for the Upper Division Clerk (BS-11) position must have passed their Intermediate with 2nd Division from a recognized University or Board. The upper age limit for this position is also 25 years, with a general age relaxation of 5 years.
All positions will be recruited under the Civil Servant Act 1973 (as amended from time to time) and the rules made thereunder. Appointments for the above-said posts are transferable throughout Pakistan, and all vacancies are on a regular basis. Selected candidates will be appointed on a probation period of one year under the rules. Government servants may also apply through the proper procedures.
