The Bahria Foundation College has three campuses: Sohawa, Mulhal Mughlan, and Dhirkot AJK. For the position of Principal, the foundation is looking for individuals with a Master’s Degree or higher, along with a B.Ed/M.Ed. Educationists must have 12 to 15 years of teaching and administrative experience, and must have excellent oral and written command of the English language.
For the role of Teachers (Montessori/Primary), the foundation is seeking applicants with a 4-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject. Those with M.Ed/B.Ed degrees are highly desirable, and candidates should have 3-5 years of teaching experience in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Urdu, Islamiyat, Social Studies, Arts, and General Science. Teachers applying for Montessori classes should hold certification or a diploma in Montessori qualification.
Lastly, for the position of Campus Manager, the foundation is looking for individuals with a Master’s or 4-year Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Commerce, Finance, or IT. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant field experience and relevant field skills.
